Lovely Surprise

The husband suddenly had this urge to drive somewhere because the sun was hiding behind the gloomy clouds again in Wellington yesterday (as usual) and we were hoping that they might have better luck with the weather further north.
I’m so glad we did go on this spontaneous mini road trip because just an hour and a half away from Wellington, we found the gorgeous Hokio Beach and its beautiful sand dunes. Our daughter got to play and roll on the soft sand while we enjoyed the warm weather and blue skies. Next time, I’m bringing lots of food and a good book because I’d like to stay longer, maybe we’ll go fishing there too!

Mark and Sarah-Jayne are the kind of people you can’t help but adore from the moment you meet them . They are very warm and sweet and taking their photos was a great reminder of how much I enjoy what I do. You can see just how in love and happy they are by the way they look at and hold each other.
